1. “Introduction”
I'm Professor Brad Pease. i have been teaching at AWC long enough to forget what snow feels like. i teach Computer Graphics, Photography, Animation, Art History, and 2D Design.
2. “Sample of My Artwork”
This is one of my favorite pieces. It's images from different perspectives, torn up, and then sewn back together again. Then layered in many coats of polyurethane misted with gold spray paint.
“3. My Artwork”
I work in a variety of mediums. Mostly photography, and then mixed media. i also do ceramics, but I am not as good.
4. “Favorite Art”
I love Pop Art that's grungy. I love Andy Warhol's work, but am sure I would not like him as a person.
“5. Major”
My undergrad major was a B.A. in Studio Arts focusing in photography and print making. My MFA is in Visual Studies, focusing in photography, book making, print and digital publications.
6. “Class Goals”
My goals as an instructor, are to give students the best experience in learning the building blocks of art.
“7. Vacation Spot”
Baja California! And if anyone asks me "Where?" i always answer, "Yes". This means i am all over the place adventuring, scuba diving, jeep breakdowns, meeting people, and enjoying one of the most diverse biospheres on the planet. I have crossed the mountains a few times. Stunningly remote and beautiful!

I have 2.5 cats. "ichi" is my plump calico, "Noche" is the long sleek grey cat, and "Donde" has put herself in exile outside and comes in to eat. Kitty drama is not something i can control.
9. “More About Me”
I am one of the advisors for the AWC Student Art Group: League of Artists. It's a great group of students, creating, sharing, and learning about art. They welcome anyone that has any interest, not just artists.
I grew up in upstate NY, on the Canadian border with snow banks over the roof of the house. It's quite the contrast to the blowing sand of the Sonoran Desert. I like to take off in my jeep and photograph or GEOCACHE.
